What we install and maintain
On flat-roof commercial properties, the right system depends on the deck type, the building use, and the maintenance budget. Foam works very well on properties with an attentive ownership and a regular recoat schedule. TPO and PVC single-ply systems work well on properties where the maintenance is occasional but the spec on the original install was sound. Built-up roofing (BUR) is still a serviceable system on older buildings.
We inspect, scope, and quote the system that fits the building — not the system we'd rather sell.
