Anthem Hillside is the elevated, view-oriented section of Anthem on the eastern slope of Daisy Mountain. The wind exposure up here is genuinely greater than the rest of the community — and the install detailing should reflect that.
Tile across most homes, with newer infill builds carrying contemporary architecture and a higher share of standing seam metal and parapeted foam. The elevation matters: ridge tile sets and bird stops on windward elevations take more wind load than they would in Country Club or Parkside, and that's where we see the most monsoon damage.
Hillside requires architectural approval for visible roof material, profile, and color changes. We prepare the package — manufacturer specs, color samples, scope, schedule — and coordinate the approval before the install goes on the calendar.
