Storm & Monsoon Damage

Anthem sits about a thousand feet above the central valley, on the eastern slope of Daisy Mountain. Microburst wind exposure on the higher Anthem elevations is genuinely greater than in the basin. After a monsoon event, the right move is a documented inspection — not a quick patch by whoever knocks on the door first.

What monsoon damage looks like in Anthem

  • Lifted ridge tiles on the windward elevations.
  • Displaced bird stops along the eaves.
  • Debris-impact cracks on field tile (from palo verde or mesquite branches).
  • Water intrusion at penetrations where the original flashing wasn't sealed correctly.
  • Failed parapet sealant on flat sections of Tuscan and Spanish Colonial elevations.
  • Foam coating tears from impact or wind-driven debris.

How we work with insurance

We work with adjusters from every major carrier. We document damage thoroughly with photos, timestamps, and a written scope of work. We never inflate scope to manufacture a claim — if we don't believe a claim is honest, we'll tell you. If it is, we'll meet the adjuster on the roof and walk the damage with them.

If you have an active leak after a storm, call us first. Tarping and emergency repairs are documented and itemized as a separate line on the claim.

Storm-response priorities

Active leaks get prioritized and called back within four business hours. Documented inspections without an active leak go on the regular schedule — typically within one to three business days during monsoon season.
