Palo Verde Estates carries a mix of semi-custom and custom homes. The roof systems are more varied than the production subdivisions — meaningful shares of tile, foam, and metal, with some hybrid combinations on the more architecturally ambitious builds.
Tile on the production-builder homes, with custom and semi-custom homes carrying everything from standing seam metal on contemporary elevations to foam on flat parapeted sections to traditional tile. Architectural review still applies — the more custom the home, the more important it is to get the submission right.
Palo Verde Estates requires architectural approval for visible roof material, profile, and color changes. We prepare the package — manufacturer specs, color samples, scope, schedule — and coordinate the approval before the install goes on the calendar.
