Metal Roofing

Standing seam metal is the long-life roof — properly installed, it can outlast everything else on the house. In Anthem, we install metal on contemporary remodels, on accessory structures where the architectural review allows it, and on the newer infill homes where the original spec called for it.

Why standing seam works in Anthem

Metal handles the UV load above the central valley well, sheds debris and any wind-driven monsoon rain cleanly, and — installed with a properly clipped concealed-fastener system — moves with thermal expansion without backing out fasteners. The catch in Anthem is architectural review: most subdivisions have specific approved profile and color lists. We'll prep the submission with the manufacturer's specs and photos, and coordinate the approval before scheduling the install.

What we install

Drexel, Petersen, and AEP Span standing seam systems in 24-gauge steel with PVDF (Kynar 500) factory finishes. Concealed-fastener clip system. High-temperature self-adhered underlayment under the panels. Manufacturer-spec ridge, hip, valley, and rake closure.
