Desert Hills is the semi-rural community just south of Anthem along the Carefree Highway corridor. Larger lots, more custom builds, and a wider mix of roof systems than the Anthem subdivisions.
Tile and standing seam metal on most custom homes, with foam on contemporary parapeted elevations and a meaningful share of asphalt shingle on older homes. Septic and well infrastructure mean roof penetrations are more numerous and more varied than in the production subdivisions — flashing detail matters.
Desert Hills sits outside the Anthem Community Council jurisdiction, but local HOAs and county requirements still apply. We coordinate any required approvals before scheduling.
