Roofing in Parkside at Anthem

Parkside is the family-forward, non-gated side of Anthem. Most of the original Parkside subdivisions were built between 2000 and 2007. The same underlayment timeline that's hitting Country Club is hitting Parkside.

What we see most in Parkside

Concrete tile dominates, with a meaningful share of architectural shingle on second-story additions and casitas. Some of the older Parkside floor plans have small foam sections on patio overhangs. The story under the tile is the same as Country Club: original 30-pound felt at the end of its useful life.

Parkside architectural review

Parkside HOAs require architectural approval for visible roof material and color changes. We prepare the package, coordinate the approval, and schedule the install once the approval is in hand.
