Built for the houses we've already lifted the tile on.
Anthem isn't a city — it's a master-planned community of roughly 30,000 people, sitting unincorporated about thirty miles north of central Phoenix on the eastern slope of Daisy Mountain. The town was developed by Del Webb starting in 1999, which means almost the entire housing stock is between 20 and 25 years old right now. That timing matters: Anthem is one of the most concentrated underlayment-failure markets in Maricopa County. The tile roofs are still intact. The waterproof barrier under them — most of it standard 30-pound felt installed at the wrong time of year for the climate above us — is at end of life.
Anthem Summit Roofers was founded for this homeowner: a working family in Parkside, a retiree on the Country Club side, an active household in Anthem Hillside, a recent buyer who inherited a 22-year-old roof that hasn't been touched since the original install. The community has a real character — golf, the YMCA, the soccer fields, the Anthem Outlet Mall, the way the development sits up against the Sonoran Preserve and looks east toward the mountains. The roofs that protect those homes need to be specified for the elevation, the wind exposure on the eastern slope, and the climate above the central valley.
We do the work plainly and we do it right. A senior estimator walks the roof. We document what we find with photos. We give you a written estimate. We answer the phone. That's the whole brand.
Mission, vision, promise
Mission: Be the roofer Anthem families call first — and recommend after.
Vision: To be Anthem's go-to local roofing company because we know the community, the climate, and the master-planned roofing playbook.
Promise: Honest assessments, written estimates with photos, manufacturer-certified installs, and a workmanship warranty we stand behind.
What we believe
- Local and accountable. Our crew lives and works in the North Valley. Our trucks are in Anthem every week. If something isn't right, we're easy to find.
- The community context matters. Anthem was built almost entirely between 1999 and 2008. We know what's under the tile because we've reroofed dozens of homes from the same builder, same year, same install crew.
- Climate-tuned for the elevation. Anthem sits about a thousand feet above the central valley. The wind exposure on the eastern slope and the UV load above the basin warrant install detailing the central-valley playbook misses.
- Written scope, every time. Every project starts with a written estimate. Materials specified, layers documented, schedule defined.
- A phone we answer. During business hours, the phone gets answered. After hours, you get a callback the next morning. No phone tree.
